Business Architect / Business Analyst, Technology Solutions (Cards)

We seek a skilled Business Architect / Business Analyst to contribute to our Technology Solutions division, specifically within the Cards team, driving strategic alignment and operational excellence. This role involves bridging business needs with technological innovation to enhance our card products and services, ensuring seamless integration and user-centric solutions.

About the Role

You will serve as a pivotal link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable technical designs. Your expertise will shape the future of our card offerings, focusing on process optimization, system enhancements, and compliance adherence. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in card-related systems.
• Develop comprehensive technical specifications and architectural blueprints to guide development efforts.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Document processes and systems to support training, maintenance, and future enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or solution design within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and architectural designs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of card processing systems, payment gateways, or related financial technologies is advantageous.
