About the Role

The Associate Project Manager will support the full project lifecycle—from initial scoping and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery. You will act as a liaison between technical experts, client stakeholders, and internal resources, ensuring that projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements while aligning with the company’s commitment to innovative AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including timeline development, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and support teams to translate client needs into technical specifications.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Document project activities, decisions, and changes using standard project documentation practices.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing projects within the technology or AV industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, preferably Agile or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying improvements.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
