About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive green building policies and technology frameworks.
• Lead research and development projects focused on innovative sustainable building solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and academic institutions to promote adoption of green building practices.
• Provide expert guidance and strategic direction to internal teams and external stakeholders on green building matters.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory landscapes to inform policy development and technology adoption strategies.
• Contribute to the formulation of national sustainability targets and action plans related to the built environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in green building policy development, technology implementation, or a closely related field.
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of sustainable building technologies, green building certifications, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A relevant degree in engineering, architecture, urban planning, or a related discipline, coupled with significant professional experience.
