About the Role

The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering team to maintain all building systems, equipment, and facilities. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, implementing and adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the overall guest experience through reliable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the engineering team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance schedules for all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Ensure all engineering operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to address facility needs promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of engineering systems and equipment.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of energy-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within engineering or facilities management, preferably within hospitality or a similar service environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
