Working under general supervision, the role bridges design and field execution to ensure that electrical engineering solutions are practical, safe, and aligned with project objectives.

About the Role

This position provides expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design review to on‑site implementation. The expert ensures that electrical engineering concepts are translated into constructible solutions, maintains high standards of quality and safety, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and review of electrical design packages to ensure constructability and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve interface issues and integrate field feedback.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities to verify adherence to engineered specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and hand‑over packages for project close‑out.
• Mentor junior engineers and field personnel on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in electrical field engineering and project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional registration or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
