About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building management systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, service logs, and equipment inventories.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC or facilities maintenance.
• Solid understanding of building systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, schematics, and maintenance software.
