PT Mandiri Andalan Utama is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales KTA professional to join our team in Bekasi, West Java. **About the Role**
The Sales KTA position involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating existing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Bekasi.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives for the Bekasi territory.
* Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the designated market area.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
* Present products/services effectively, demonstrating their value proposition and negotiating favorable terms.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to support sales initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the KTA (Kredit Tunai Aktif) or similar financial services sector.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
