Success in this position requires not only a passion for sales but also a commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. **About the Role** You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for our range of trucks and forklifts. This involves cultivating relationships with existing customers, identifying new prospects, and presenting our products effectively to demonstrate their value in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our market share and the overall success of the company. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to meet or surpass sales objectives. * Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach. * Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently and professionally. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, logistics) to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the commercial vehicle, material handling equipment, or industrial equipment sector. * Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly within the logistics, manufacturing, or construction industries. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a diverse sales pipeline. * Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite). * Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
