The successful candidate will be instrumental in negotiating agreements, achieving assigned sales targets, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with existing merchant clients to ensure sustained growth and market penetration.

About the Role

The primary objective is to increase the footprint of QRIS Soundbox deployments within the specified regions through direct sales efforts. This involves building a robust network of merchant clients who utilize the QRIS Soundbox for their payment processing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential merchant clients, focusing on UMKM and other relevant businesses within Kabupaten Semarang and Kota Semarang.
• Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to merchants, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of QRIS Soundbox installations.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with qualified prospects to secure new installations and ongoing service contracts.
• Meet and consistently exceed established sales targets and quotas for the assigned territory.
• Maintain and nurture positive, productive relationships with existing merchant clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Report on sales activities, progress, and market feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
