About the Role

This position is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Surabaya, East Java region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Surabaya market to increase sales revenue.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Expeditors Surabaya operation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent understanding of the Surabaya business landscape and key industries operating there.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
