About the Role
The Sales Offline & Online position involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones across both physical and online platforms. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring effective sales processes that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans for offline channels (e.g., trade shows, direct outreach) and online platforms (e.g., e-commerce, digital marketing).
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities within assigned territories or target segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or a related B2B industry.
- Strong understanding of both offline sales techniques and online sales platforms, including e-commerce and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data, track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
