PT Maruni Daya Sakti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts. Based in Jakarta, this role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through the development and execution of effective export sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring the company's products achieve strong performance in global markets.
About the Role
The Export Sales Manager will spearhead the company's export sales initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact for major international clients and partners. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying new market opportunities and building robust sales pipelines. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with key international clients, distributors, and partners to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales support for export transactions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure alignment on export initiatives and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in an export or international sales management capacity.
- Proven success in developing and managing key client relationships and achieving sales targets in global markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and client meetings.
