About the Role

This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the retail experience within the vibrant Mango Singapore store. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales goals and ensuring customers receive the warm, professional service that defines the MANGO brand. The role involves direct interaction with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect items, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection and purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively and stock levels are managed effectively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and banking as required.
• Promote and demonstrate knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service and retail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
