About the Role
The Sales Associate will be responsible for representing PT. Majoo Teknologi Indonesia in the Jakarta Barat area, focusing on generating new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products or services effectively. The role involves direct interaction with clients, both existing and prospective, to foster strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Jakarta Barat region.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and present relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our established systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support ongoing product development.
- Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology, consumer goods, or services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities.
