Sales Supervisor (Surabaya)

About the Role

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, implementing strategies to maximize performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Key duties include managing inventory, coordinating with marketing departments, and fostering a collaborative environment to support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to prevent shortages and optimize resource utilization.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
