Sales Trainer Officer

Indodana - PT Artha Dana Teknologi is seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer Officer to join our team in Manado, North Sulawesi. This role focuses on developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales force, contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives within the company.

About the Role

The Sales Trainer Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training curricula tailored to the needs of our sales professionals. This position involves creating engaging learning experiences, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure sales teams are equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching for sales staff to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to programs.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to reflect current industry standards and company offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales training, coaching, or development role, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training strategies.
• Proficiency in using training management software and presentation tools.
