**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting teams to resolve guest calls, requests, and operational issues.
- Apply sales techniques and strategies to overcome obstacles and improve customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and departmental workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue enhancement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales resolution and departmental collaboration.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a sales management or customer-facing role, with a focus on complex problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and operational processes to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
