Vantage Automotive Limited, a leading automotive company based in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving vehicle sales through effective customer engagement and ensuring seamless administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions from initial contact through to final delivery and payment settlement.
About the Role
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for representing our brand professionally, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include coordinating with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with administrative staff regarding vehicle registration, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) procedures, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with PDI personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of new vehicles to customers.
- Liaise with financial institutions to secure loan approvals and coordinate with insurance providers for accurate quote generation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Basic understanding of automotive sales processes and financial documentation.
- Relevant educational qualifications or equivalent experience.
