Steam Turbine & Generator Sales Manager

Leading the sales strategy for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators in Indonesia, this role involves driving revenue growth and market penetration within the Jakarta Raya region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead the transformation of the industrial energy landscape by securing new business opportunities and nurturing key client relationships. Based in Jakarta Raya, you will leverage your expertise to position Siemens Energy as the preferred partner for critical power generation solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators. * Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and market share growth. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted market research, competitive analysis, and strategic partnerships. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major industrial sectors in Jakarta Raya. * Present and negotiate complex sales proposals, demonstrating the value proposition of Siemens Energy's steam turbine and generator solutions. * Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and market demands. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine the sales approach. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the power generation sector. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). * Demonstrated experience managing a sales team and achieving results in a competitive environment. * In-depth knowledge of the industrial steam turbine and generator market within Indonesia, particularly Jakarta Raya. * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. * Ability to travel within the region as required.
