About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Exclusive to join our team. This position is pivotal in driving sales growth and building strong relationships within our target market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty industry and possess a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Surabaya market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners and customers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective product promotion and positioning.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty, retail, or consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian beauty market and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
