About the Role

As a Staff Contact Center Service and Sales Representative Premier, you will be a key member of our Premier Banking contact center. You will play a vital role in supporting our high-net-worth and affluent clients, ensuring their banking needs are met with the highest standards of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, personalized service and support to Premier Banking clients via telephone and digital channels, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
