**About the Role**

The role requires a candidate who is highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working effectively within a team environment to meet challenging objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and surpass revenue goals.
* Proactively identify new potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
* Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
* Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations to track performance and forecast future activity.
* Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and promotional activities.
* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote company products and services.
**Requirements**
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales executive or similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Male or female candidate, with a maximum age of 35 years.
* Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market research.
