About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to your assigned region, focusing on securing and maximizing revenue from travel partners. This involves identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term collaborative relationships. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and profitability of our business within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned travel partners (GSA partners) to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the assigned region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management on partnership performance and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to support partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or partnership management role, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
