About the Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to achieving sales targets and driving profitable growth within the assigned territory. This involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring effective market penetration for the footwear product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive profitable growth and market share expansion.
- Promote and communicate the benefits and value proposition of Company's footwear products and services to key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the footwear or retail sector.
