About the Role

The Kepala Sales will oversee the entire sales process for the Karang Tengah region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals for the assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and motivation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and potential partners within the Karang Tengah area.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to support sales initiatives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
