Sales KTA (BDG)

About the Role

The Sales KTA (BDG) position involves representing the company in the Bandung area, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to sales activities and a commitment to achieving set targets within the KTA framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new KTA business opportunities within the Bandung market.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential KTA customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the KTA or similar business-to-business environment.
• Strong understanding of the Bandung market and its key industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities.
