MultiBintang Indonesia, a cornerstone of the Indonesian beer industry with a legacy spanning over nine decades, is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive growth within East Java. **About the Role**
The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within a defined geographic territory in Surabaya and surrounding areas of East Java. This position involves cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the effective distribution and promotion of Multi Bintang's portfolio of beer brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to meet or surpass assigned sales objectives and revenue targets.
* Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail customers (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars).
* Ensure consistent and effective execution of brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance data.
* Collaborate effectively with the regional sales team, marketing department, and distribution partners.
**Requirements**
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage industry, with demonstrable experience in territory management and achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the East Java retail landscape and key customer segments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
