About the Role

You will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies specifically for IQVIA's technology solutions portfolio. This involves identifying new business opportunities, understanding client pain points, and positioning IQVIA's platforms effectively to secure contracts and foster long-term partnerships. Your expertise in the healthcare technology landscape will be crucial in navigating client requirements and ensuring solution alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline for assigned technology solutions, targeting pharmaceutical, medtech, and consumer health clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored technology solutions (such as patient support platforms and quality management systems) to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and product specialists to ensure accurate solution demonstrations and address client technical inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor on technology adoption.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive proposals and quotes for technology solution engagements.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent IQVIA and generate leads for technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare technology, pharmaceutical, or medtech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions and their business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and industry trends is advantageous.
