About the Role

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the local market in East Kalimantan.
