About the Role
The Assistant Sales Staff will provide essential support to the sales team, focusing on executing sales strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position involves direct interaction with customers and partners, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Engage with customers and potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support the management of inventory and ensure product availability at designated locations.
Requirements
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or similar role, preferably within the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
