The Mandarin Staff / Mandarin Sales position involves providing essential support to the sales team, leveraging Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication and build relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales activities targeting Mandarin-speaking markets or clients.
• Provide support in communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Contribute to the documentation and reporting of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely information flow regarding Mandarin-speaking prospects.
• Assist in the organization of sales meetings, presentations, or events involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support or similar role, preferably within a Mandarin-speaking context.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (Putonghua), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
