High Five is seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter/Sales Akuisisi to join our team in West Java. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and promoting our products/services effectively within the local market. About the Role

The Sales Promoter/Sales Akuisisi will be responsible for representing High Five in the West Java region. Key duties include identifying potential customers, presenting product/service offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales. This position requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to adapt strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the West Java area.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of High Five's products/services to potential clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives.
• Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the West Java region or a similar market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and resilience.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in West Java is beneficial.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales management.
