We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving sales performance and building strong client relationships. **About the Role** The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating existing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to market analysis and a commitment to delivering exceptional sales outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives. * Proactively identify new potential clients and generate leads through various channels. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty. * Present products and services effectively, demonstrating their value proposition to potential clients. * Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to support sales initiatives. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics. * Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation. **Requirements** * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B or B2C sector. * Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
