PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia isseeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth within the Medan and Pematang Siantar regions. About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality flour products to meet market demands. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives within the assigned territory.
• Proactively identify new potential customers and develop strategies to penetrate existing markets.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to management on performance and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the food industry or FMCG sector.
• Deep understanding of the Medan and Pematang Siantar market and strong local network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
