Sukses Jaya Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Kepala Sales to lead our sales operations in the Ciputat Timur area. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships within our Jakarta-based organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

About the Role

The Kepala Sales will oversee the sales team in Ciputat Timur, providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance and team development. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client partnerships to secure sustainable revenue streams for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives for the Ciputat Timur territory.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to support sales initiatives and product launches.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a sales management role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and market analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of the Indonesian language, both written and verbal.
