About the Role

The Telesales position involves proactively contacting potential customers to identify their needs, present our company's products or services, and ultimately secure sales. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for initial customer engagement, making a significant impact on our revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact potential customers via telephone to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Effectively present company products or services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their specific needs, and match them with the most suitable offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any post-sale inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Telesales or similar sales role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a positive attitude, even when facing rejection or challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or qualifications are advantageous.
