About the Role
You will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our hotel's room inventory across various channels. This involves prospecting new clients, managing existing relationships, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on driving direct bookings and maximizing room revenue while maintaining the high standards of service synonymous with the AYANA brand.Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segments.
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, including corporate accounts and travel agents.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site inspections to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate rates and terms effectively to achieve optimal revenue goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to align sales efforts with overall strategy.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably within a luxury or upscale property.
