about the role

as a sales processing analyst i, you will play a crucial role in the sales operations function at hpe. you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales data and processes. your work will involve analyzing sales information to identify trends and potential areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance team performance and operational effectiveness. you will operate within established guidelines and procedures, applying independent judgment to resolve routine issues and support decision-making.

key responsibilities

  • process and verify sales orders and transactions according to established procedures and deadlines.
  • analyze sales data and reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • provide accurate and timely information, analysis, and recommendations to support sales team efforts and management decisions.
  • assist in the preparation of sales performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, customer service) to resolve sales-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to sales processing activities.

requirements

  • entry-level position requiring a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., excel, word) and data analysis tools.
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and information.
  • ability to analyze information and draw logical conclusions to support decision-making.
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate and present information.
