The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the commercial direction of our telecommunications initiatives. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with key decision-makers across major telecommunications providers and enterprises. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling value propositions, and securing partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities within the Indonesian telecommunications market.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers across major telecommunications providers and enterprises.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for target clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive business development plans and sales strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and business cases to potential clients and partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development or senior sales roles within the telecommunications or technology sector, preferably in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the Indonesian telecommunications market landscape and key players.
- Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
