TCN Semarang isseeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to cover the Area Jogja (DIY) and surrounding regions. About the Role

The Salesman will be responsible for generating sales leads, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting our products or services within the designated area. This position requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and the ability to tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs of customers in Jogja (DIY) and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
• Present products or services effectively, demonstrating their value proposition and addressing customer needs.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Male candidate, with a maximum age of 30 years.
• Minimum educational qualification of SMA (Senior High School) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within a similar product/service area.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within the territory.
• Knowledge of the local market in Jogja (DIY) and surrounding areas is advantageous.
