About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing sales projects, acting as a key liaison between the company and clients. This involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of sales targets. The role demands a proactive individual capable of navigating complex sales cycles and fostering long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and project plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the Jakarta market and beyond.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on project progress and results.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for sales initiatives.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and proactively address challenges to meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales project management or Sales Executive role, preferably within the Jakarta market.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales support tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
