Sales Executive Kacamata (S.E. OPH SRS)

PT. SINAR REJEKI SELARAS is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive Kacamata (S.E. OPH SRS) to join our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our eyewear products within the specified region, contributing directly to the company's growth and market presence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the Kacamata (S.E. OPH SRS) product line. This involves building strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster loyalty.
• Achieve and consistently surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals for the Kacamata (S.E. OPH SRS) portfolio.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to support sales initiatives and product launches.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and sales processes.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales role, preferably within the retail, consumer goods, or eyewear industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Jakarta market and its key business districts is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
