PT Rajawali Anugrah Resources is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leader Sales for the Telkomsel Indihome Cianjur region. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and performance of the Indihome service within the Cianjur area, ensuring customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets are met effectively. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing market share.

About the Role

The Leader Sales will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational execution of the Indihome sales activities in the Cianjur territory. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and goal attainment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed Indihome subscription targets within the Cianjur region.
  • Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships with local businesses and community leaders, and drive customer acquisition through targeted outreach and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales approaches and enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service quality, addressing complaints promptly, and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and present insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer services industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and customers.
  • Deep understanding of the Indihome product portfolio and the telecommunications market in West Java.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to changing market conditions.
