Savoria Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesman to join our team in East Java, focusing on the Kanvas FMCG product line. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and market penetration for our consumer goods portfolio within the region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our Kanvas brand in the competitive FMCG landscape.
About the Role
The Salesman will be responsible for the direct sale and promotion of Savoria Group's Kanvas FMCG products to key retail accounts and potential customers within the assigned territory in East Java. This position requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed established sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new retail accounts for Kanvas FMCG products.
- Present product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential and existing customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners and customers.
- Report on sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics regularly.
- Participate in promotional activities and product launches as required.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and overcome objections.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior in East Java.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
