Sales Canvassing QRIS Kota Semarang

Buku Warung is seeking a dedicated Sales Canvasser to focus on expanding our QRIS Soundbox merchant base within the Semarang area. This role involves proactively identifying and engaging potential new sales partners, primarily Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), to establish QRIS Soundbox installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with these merchants, negotiating terms effectively, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets to drive company growth in the local market.

About the Role

The Sales Canvasser will be the primary point of contact for acquiring new QRIS Soundbox merchant partners in Semarang. This involves direct outreach, presenting the benefits of QRIS Soundbox technology, and securing agreements for installation and usage. The role requires a proactive, persuasive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential new sales/UMKM partners within the Semarang region for QRIS Soundbox installations.
• Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to secure merchant agreements and drive sales conversions.
• Achieve and consistently meet or exceed the company's established sales targets for the Semarang area.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with merchant partners to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Report on sales activities, progress, and any challenges encountered in the field.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments or sales canvassing roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential partners effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Deep knowledge of the Semarang business landscape and local market dynamics.
