We are seeking a capable anddetail-oriented Learning Designer to join our project team at Business Edge in Singapore. This role involves close collaboration with project co-leads and team members to develop comprehensive course-related materials and digital learning resources, ensuring high-quality educational content delivery.

About the Role

The Learning Designer will play a pivotal role in translating project requirements into effective learning experiences. You will work within a dynamic project environment, contributing to the creation and refinement of engaging digital learning materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design course-related materials and digital learning resources based on project specifications and learning objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project co-leads, subject matter experts, and other team members to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and effective learning experiences, potentially including multimedia elements and interactive components.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of learning materials throughout the development process.
• Support the project team in meeting deadlines and delivering project milestones related to learning content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Learning Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant design and development tools for creating digital learning content.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, polished learning materials.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a project environment.
