Grafic Designer

Percetakan Aksara is currently seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team based in Mengwi, Bali. This involves developing layouts, graphics, and other design assets for both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop visual concepts, layouts, and graphics for various print and digital applications. * Create original artwork, illustrations, and other design elements as required. * Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time. * Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards and quality expectations. * Prepare final files for production, ensuring technical specifications are met. * Contribute to the development of design processes and workflows. **Requirements** * Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * Proven experience in a design role, demonstrating a portfolio of relevant work. * Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
