Associate Designer - Beverage

We are looking for an Associate Designer in the Beverage category to join International Flavors & Fragrances in Jakarta, where you will contribute to creating compelling visual concepts for beverage products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mock‑ups, and final artwork for beverage packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with brand managers, product development teams, and external vendors to ensure design solutions align with market trends and sustainability goals.
• Create visual assets that reflect IFF's commitment to environmental responsibility and responsible sourcing.
• Present design proposals and incorporate feedback from stakeholders while meeting tight project timelines.
• Maintain design libraries and ensure consistency with brand identity across all beverage portfolios.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices in sustainable design and digital tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field and has at least two years of professional design experience, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong visual storytelling abilities, and a portfolio that showcases successful beverage branding projects are required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams are essential.
