Junior UI/UX Designer

Kredivo Group is seeking atalented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Jakarta. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive our products forward, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into compelling design solutions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective. This involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring designs align with our product vision and business goals. Your work will directly impact the user journey and contribute to the overall success of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and execute design strategies.
• Develop user interface designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Work within a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Possess a portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a passion for user-centered design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of UX principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design choices.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving workplace.
• Entry-level or junior experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a product development context.
