About the Role

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling web interfaces for our SaaS platforms. This role involves translating complex business requirements into engaging user experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal. Your designs will directly impact how our users interact with our critical business tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for web interfaces, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user flows, and validate design solutions.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance across various devices and screen sizes.
• Provide constructive feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
• Maintain design consistency and adhere to established UI/UX patterns and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) designing web interfaces for SaaS or web applications.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive visual solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a strong design sensibility and a track record of delivering high-quality web designs.
• Experience with responsive design and knowledge of modern web standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript basics).
